Students
Choosing the right church to attend whilst you’re studying away from home can be tricky. It can be difficult to get settled, especially if you don’t know any other Christians at your college yet and you’re used to going to a church where everybody knows you.
Quaystone is a small local church with a family feel, so you’ll get to know the individual faces pretty quickly and you won’t have to travel far if you want to be involved in mid-week activities.
As a student you may be especially interested in the following:
- Our 11am start time so that you can have a lie-in.
- Occasional Sunday brunches – free food!
Joking aside, we would love to see you and to make you welcome. We hope that we are a church where you will find support and encouragement through your studies, as well as a challenge to keep growing spiritually over that time.
With our congregation being a real mix of ages and backgrounds you will be able to make strong relationships with people in all walks of life to give a change from the student perspective, and we’ll cover you in prayer through your exams and essay deadlines!
