Journey with us

Each one of us, no matter how old, is on an incredible voyage through life. We may feel content and happy or sad and depressed, but we must all acknowledge we are all on that same journey.

journey with us

We can choose to share our journey with others and often friendship and love developed along the way help establish happiness in our lives.

As Christians, we have found that sharing our life journey with Jesus provides help to overcome anything that confronts us.

The role of our Church is to help people establish a friendship with Jesus and to provide support for each other as we travel along our individual journeys.

There is a song by Aerosmith called Amazing with a line that says Life’s a journey, not a destination and that sums up our understanding that existence on earth is just a prelude to the eternal life that comes after we die.

So, it is vital we are on the right path so that our destination is the one that is filled with all the good things God intended.

Jesus wants us to have a good life, full of fun and caring but we must acknowledge that sheer joy can wait us in heaven.

CS Lewis in his book The Problem of Pain says, Our Father refreshes us on the journey with some pleasant inns but will not encourage us to mistake them for home.

God will help us and reward us while we are here on Earth, but we must never mistake those delights for the amazing things that await us in heaven.

The Bible reveals that Jesus said of himself, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). If the only way to heaven is through the love of Jesus Christ, then we must develop that relationship with Him as soon as possible

We would love to help you wherever you are on your journey. As Christians, we know that your life will be enriched when you find and allow Jesus to join you in that walk. We would feel it an honour to help you find and develop a personal relationship with Jesus.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6).
